Return Policy

1. If your order has already been dispatched, you'll need to wait for it to arrive and then get in touch so that we can process it as a return.
2. If you wish to return anything that you have bought on itchase.com, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that it is in fully re-saleable condition.
3. For order cancellation, please drop an email with your order number to the particular store owner, whose email would be mentioned inside the store.
4. Or if you're inside the UAE, give them a call so that they can stop processing your order before it is dispatched.

6. Upon receiving the products, please check for any damage and ensure that your products are working properly. Any damages/defects/manufacturing defects should be reported within 24hours of receiving the product.
7. Any damages/defects/manufacturing defects reported after 24 hours are not eligible for the return.
8. After confirming the product's defect/damage/manufacturing defects with our customer care. Kindly send the product within 5 working days to initiate the return. If you are opting for the refunds after receiving the product, the refund will initiate to the source account within 5-7 working days.
9. If you want to return the new product after receiving then connect with our customer care team and initiate a return within 5-7 working days.
